Scholarships available for families of essential workers

Are you an essential worker who hasn't had the time or funds to line up youth enrichment camps for your children this summer? We are pleased to share that Compass Point Mentorship, a nonprofit service provider, has scholarships available for members of our Ravenswood Family Consortium!

Compass Point Mentorship has been providing youth enrichment programs in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2012 and there are spots available in this year's summer camps which will be held in Alviso at the South Bay Yacht Club and in San Mateo at Coyote Point Park. With three age groups to choose from, youth can enjoy a range of activities from fencing to jewelry making, flying remote control airplanes to cooking classes. Sessions are Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm.

Full and partial scholarships are available with a priority preference for employees of our consortium member employers and our Manzanita Coalition.

For more information about the camps, please check out Compass Point Mentorship's website and if you're interested in applying for the scholarships, please email info@manzanita.works so that we can connect you.
